All amounts are including Taxes: Our product line consists of starter kit Royal Box and 4 different service activation intervals (3, 6, 12 ,24 months). In addition to Add-on packages if applicable. (Please check products & updated prices before you ordering).
Delivery & Shipping Method: If you order our Media Player, we will ship the media player including activation code to your physical address by registered Express post. (Please make sure your mailing address is correct).
– Order Processing Time: within 1 to 2 business days. – Order Dispatch Location: Australia- Items Shipping Time: Australia is 2 business days, other countries 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping Method: Express Post to Australia – DHL to other countries. When we ship the box to you, we will send you confirmation e-mail to let you know your shipping tracking number for your references & record. – If you are existing customer and you want to renew your subscription, you will receive an activation code by email automatically & instantly, so you can activation your box immediately. As we are using advanced & trusted shopping cart from www.getdpd.com, after you complete your order & successful payment, you should see THANK YOU screen confirming your order. In renewal orders you should see THANK YOU screen with activation code. In addition, you will receive an email confirming your order, invoice. (In renewal orders, your activation code will be included with confirmation email (Please make sure to provide correct email address). To activate your subscription, please enter the activation code by using the remote control of the Media Player.
Return Policy: Media Player: If you are not satisfied with our product, you may return your set top box to us within one week of its arrival date and get a full refund from us. You will have to cover the shipping expenses yourself. Renewal Activation Code: You may get a full refund if you didn’t use your activation code, if you use it, that’s mean you have agreed to renew our service and in this case, we can’t issue a refund.
Warranty: We offer 1 year warranty on Media Player. It means that if your box stops working because of a defect in the hardware, we will repair it or swap it free of charge. However, damage caused by power spikes, heat, and wrong handling at your place, spilled liquids or similar is not covered.
Contents & other service packages: The contents for any packages may vary, and we may add or remove any service without notice.
Customs: When you order a physical Media Player, your local customs authorities may charge a fee (We recommend you to check with your local government customs before ordering).
Insurance: We are providing insurance as per Media Player value” Insurance value is the same value at the time when customer make the order”. – We will send an email within 2 to 3 days containing shipping tracking number after the order is completed online by customer.
